WISK pricing in 2026 starts at $249 a month for one venue on the Food or Beverage plan and $399 a month for the Food and Beverage bundle, plus a one-time setup fee of $750 or $1,250, according to WISK's own pricing page. A single venue plan includes 75 AI invoices a month. Multi-outlet plans run from $499 to $1,999 a month for 2 to 10 outlets, and Enterprise (11 or more) is quoted. If what you actually need is supplier invoice lines in Excel or QuickBooks, a page-priced invoice tool covers that from $49 a month.

WISK plans and prices in 2026

WISK is one of the few restaurant back office vendors that publishes a full price list. The figures below come from its pricing page in October 2026. Prices are per location on Single Venue and per property on Multi-Outlet, and they are listed as monthly amounts.

PlanBeverage onlyFood onlyFood and Beverage bundle
Single Venue (1 outlet)$249 a month$249 a month$399 a month
Multi-Outlet, 2 to 3 outlets$499 a month$499 a month$799 a month
Multi-Outlet, 4 to 7 outlets$899 a month$899 a month$1,499 a month
Multi-Outlet, 8 to 10 outlets$1,250 a month$1,250 a month$1,999 a month
Enterprise (11 or more outlets)Custom quoteCustom quoteCustom quote

The page advertises a 17% saving on annual billing and about 20% for taking the bundle instead of two separate plans. It does not say plainly whether the monthly figures already assume annual billing, so ask the rep which number your quote is built on. Quarterly billing costs more than annual, and WISK says there is no multi-year lock-in.

WISK setup and implementation fees

Every tier carries a one-time setup fee on top of the subscription. This is the part that comparison sites tend to leave out, and on a single venue it adds three to five months of subscription to the first year.

TierFood or BeverageFood and Beverage bundle
Single Venue$750$1,250
Multi-Outlet, 2 to 3 outlets$1,500$2,250
Multi-Outlet, 4 to 7 outlets$2,500$3,500
Multi-Outlet, 8 to 10 outlets$3,500$4,500
EnterpriseFrom $7,500From $9,500

The FAQ on the same page says annual plans for 4 to 7 and 8 to 10 outlets include implementation at no extra cost, which does not match the fee table. If you are in one of those bands, get the waiver in writing before you sign.

How much does WISK cost per year?

Using the published list prices and setup fees, and before any annual discount, the first year looks like this. Year two drops the setup fee.

SetupSubscription for 12 monthsSetup feeFirst year total
1 venue, Food or Beverage$2,988$750$3,738
1 venue, Food and Beverage bundle$4,788$1,250$6,038
2 to 3 outlets, Food and Beverage bundle$9,588$2,250$11,838
4 to 7 outlets, Food and Beverage bundle$17,988$3,500 or waived on annual$17,988 to $21,488

For a single bar or restaurant, that is roughly $310 to $500 a month averaged over the first year. Whether it is good value depends almost entirely on how many of the modules you will actually run every week.

What you get for the money

The Single Venue plan includes 1,000 SKUs, 75 AI invoices a month, 5 users, the mobile counting app with Bluetooth scale support, more than 60 POS integrations, recipe and batch recipe costing, and cost and stock alerts, with email support. Multi-Outlet adds 2,500 to 5,000 SKUs, 200 to 600 AI invoices a month, 10 to 30 users, transfers between outlets, property level dashboards and variance reports, suggested ordering, priority support, and on annual plans done-for-you recipe entry. Enterprise removes the SKU, invoice and user limits and adds API and data warehouse access, EDI vendor integrations and human review of invoices. QuickBooks Online is listed as an accounting integration.

WISK built its name on bar inventory, and the scale-based bottle counting is genuinely good. If your team counts liquor weekly and wants variance by bottle, that is where the subscription earns its keep.

Is 75 AI invoices a month enough?

For many single venues it is tight. A restaurant with a broadliner delivering twice a week, a produce supplier three times a week, a beer distributor, a wine and spirits distributor and a few local vendors easily passes 80 invoices a month, and every credit memo is a document too. When you run out, the rest gets typed in by hand or waits for the next cycle. Count last month's invoices, credits included, before you pick a tier, because the next step up for one location is not a bigger single venue plan.

Does WISK have a free trial?

No. WISK offers a free 30-minute demo on your own numbers and a 60-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial, which covers two full billing cycles. Cancellation is not self-serve: an account admin submits a request from the subscription page and WISK's billing team confirms it, and support can pause an account instead. The pricing page does not publish a data export or retention policy after cancellation, so export your invoice history before you leave.

WISK pricing compared with other restaurant back office tools

Every tool in this group prices by location and bundles invoice capture with inventory, ordering and costing. The difference is mostly how many invoices you get and what the setup costs. We keep current breakdowns for the main rivals: MarketMan pricing starts at $249 a month with a 50 scan cap on Starter, BevSpot pricing and Partender pricing cover the other bar inventory options, and MarginEdge pricing covers the invoice-first platform many restaurants compare WISK with. If you are weighing a switch rather than a first purchase, the WISK alternative guide looks at the options by use case.

Is there a cheaper alternative to WISK for invoice scanning?

Yes, if invoice capture is the part you need. InvoiceExtraction reads supplier invoices, credit memos and cash and carry receipts from photos, scans or portal PDFs and exports every line (item number, description, pack, quantity, catch weight, unit price and extended price) to Excel, CSV or QuickBooks. There is no setup fee and no per-location charge.

First year for one venue$3,738 to $6,038$288 billed yearly

The honest trade: you give up bottle counting, recipe costing and suggested ordering. Plenty of independents already do counts on a sheet and only want the invoice lines to stop being typed. The restaurant invoice scanner page shows how the line output looks for Sysco, US Foods and beverage distributors, and once the bills are paid you can convert the PDF bank statement into an OFX file to tie the payments out in your books.

Is WISK worth it for a small restaurant or bar?

It is worth it when the team will count inventory weekly with the app, cost recipes in it and use the variance reports to change what they pour and order. A bar losing even 3% of liquor cost to overpours can pay for the subscription quickly. It is hard to justify when the only module in daily use is invoice scanning, because then you are paying $3,000 or more a year, plus setup, for something a $49 tool does with a higher monthly invoice allowance.

Questions to ask before you sign a WISK quote

  • Are the monthly prices on my quote annual or quarterly rates?
  • Is the setup fee waived on an annual plan for my outlet band?
  • What happens when we pass 75 AI invoices in a month, and do credit memos count?
  • Which of my distributors are on EDI, and is EDI included on my tier?
  • How do I export my invoice and price history if we cancel?

Frequently asked questions

How much does WISK cost per month?

WISK costs $249 a month for one venue on Food or Beverage, $399 a month for the Food and Beverage bundle, and $499 to $1,999 a month for 2 to 10 outlets, with Enterprise quoted. A one-time setup fee of $750 to $4,500 applies by tier, from $7,500 on Enterprise.

Is WISK AI pricing different from WISK pricing?

No. WISK sells under the wisk.ai domain, and AI invoice processing is included in every plan rather than sold separately. Single Venue includes 75 AI invoices a month, Multi-Outlet 200 to 600, and Enterprise is unlimited with human validation.

Does WISK integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes, WISK lists QuickBooks Online as an integration, along with more than 60 POS systems. If you only need invoices in QuickBooks, a converter that exports bills with every line coded is a cheaper route than a full inventory platform.

What is a cheaper alternative to WISK for invoices?

A page-priced invoice extraction tool. InvoiceExtraction exports every invoice line to Excel, CSV or QuickBooks from $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, with no setup fee and no per-location pricing. It does not do inventory counts or recipe costing.
