Short answer. BevSpot's own pricing page lists the Starter plan at $948 a year and the Standard plan at $1,428 a year per location, billed annually, which works out to $79 and $119 a month. The Pro tile shows $249 under the same annual label, and the fully featured Pro tier, the one that lists unlimited AI invoice processing and accounting integrations, is quoted by sales. Third-party directories put BevSpot at $99 to $219 per location per month. Food plans are priced separately from beverage. If the only thing you need is supplier invoice lines in Excel or QuickBooks, a page-priced extraction tool does that from $49 a month for every location combined.

BevSpot pricing in 2026

BevSpot is bar and beverage inventory software with ordering, recipe costing and sales reporting, and it added a food side later. The figures below come from the BevSpot plans and pricing page as checked in October 2026, plus the ranges third-party software directories publish. The annual prices are what BevSpot prints. Treat the directory numbers as estimates and confirm them in your own quote.

PlanOfficial price (billed annually)Third-party monthly estimateWhat the plan adds
Starter$948 a year per location (about $79 a month)About $99 per location per monthInventory, one-click ordering, unlimited users
Standard$1,428 a year per location (about $119 a month)About $149 per location per monthStarter plus inventory and COGS reporting, menu and recipe costing, smart cart
Pro (listed tile)Shown as $249, labeled per annuallyAbout $219 per location per monthStandard plus automated variance, menu profitability, expected and perpetual inventory, multi-location reporting
Pro (customized)Quote onlyNot publishedUnlimited AI invoice processing with in-house validation, accounting integrations, dedicated account team, unlimited exports

The $249 Pro figure is hard to read as a yearly price when Standard costs $1,428 a year, so assume it is a monthly figure until a sales rep confirms otherwise. POS integration is free for BevSpot's preferred partners (Lightspeed, Square, Toast and Upserve) and carries an activation fee for other systems. Enterprise groups get custom pricing with a portfolio account manager.

Is AI invoice processing included in every BevSpot plan?

No. On the current pricing page, unlimited AI invoice processing with in-house validation and accounting integrations appear in the customized Pro tier, which is quote only. Starter and Standard are built around counting inventory and placing orders. If invoice capture is the reason you are shopping, budget for the quoted tier, not the Starter price.

That matters because invoice entry is usually the job that eats the most hours. A bar that takes deliveries from a beer wholesaler, a wine and spirits distributor and a broadline food supplier can easily see 40 to 80 invoices a month per location, and each one has to be keyed in before inventory, variance or COGS reports mean anything.

How much does BevSpot cost for multiple locations?

BevSpot prices per location, so the bill grows with every venue you open. Using the published annual prices and the third-party monthly estimates for the listed tiers, beverage only, before any food plan or POS activation fee:

LocationsStarter, annual billingStandard, annual billingPro at about $219 a month
1$948$1,428About $2,628
3$2,844$4,284About $7,884
5$4,740$7,140About $13,140
10$9,480$14,280About $26,280

Two adjustments change the real number. Food and beverage plans are priced separately, so a restaurant that wants the kitchen covered too pays for a second plan or a combined package from sales. And the tier with AI invoice processing is quoted, so the Pro column is a floor for that use case, not a ceiling.

Does BevSpot have a free trial or a contract?

BevSpot offers a free trial with full feature access and onboarding help during the trial, but there is no free plan after it ends. The published prices are billed annually, which means you are paying for a year up front on those tiers. The pricing page does not spell out cancellation terms, so ask what happens to the unused balance if you close a location or switch tools mid-year, and get the answer in writing.

What you are actually paying BevSpot for

BevSpot earns its price when the team really uses the inventory side. Weekly counts on a phone or tablet, pars and suggested orders, pour cost and variance by product, and recipe costs that update from purchase prices are the core of the product. For a high-volume cocktail bar where a 2 point swing in pour cost is real money, that is a reasonable thing to pay for.

It is a poor fit when the count never happens. Plenty of operators sign up for a back office suite, never get the weekly inventory habit going, and end up using it as an expensive way to read invoices. If that sounds familiar, you are paying per location for features that sit idle.

A cheaper option when you only need invoice lines

If the goal is getting every supplier invoice line into a spreadsheet or QuickBooks, you do not need an inventory platform to do it. Invoice to Excel conversion priced by pages reads the PDF or photo, pulls item, pack, quantity, unit price and extended price, checks the lines against the invoice total and exports XLSX or CSV. Price creep on a case of tequila or a keg shows up the same way it would in BevSpot, in a sheet you control.

Best forBars that count inventory weekly and want varianceOwners and bookkeepers who need invoice data, not a new system

Being honest about the gap: InvoiceExtraction does not count bottles, set pars or calculate variance against POS sales. If you need those, BevSpot or a similar inventory tool is the right buy. If you need the numbers from the invoices, it is a lot cheaper to buy just that.

How bar owners and bookkeepers use invoice data in Excel

  • Liquor cost by category: split every invoice into beer, wine, spirits, mixers and food for a weekly cost of goods report.
  • Distributor price tracking: sort by item and date to catch the vodka or the draft line that went up two deliveries in a row.
  • Bid comparison: line up prices from two wine and spirits distributors before you move a brand.
  • Food side in the same file: broadline invoices such as Sysco invoices converted to Excel land in identical columns, so bar and kitchen purchasing sit in one workbook.
  • QuickBooks bills: the Plus plan exports bills with vendor, invoice number, dates and line amounts. The QuickBooks AP automation page covers the setup.

Bookkeepers who handle bar clients often get bank activity as a CSV at the same time as the invoice folder. Invoice lines and bank transactions are separate imports, and if that bank file needs to go into QuickBooks, a dedicated tool to convert the CSV into a QuickBooks bank file handles that side.

Questions to ask before signing a BevSpot quote

  • Is AI invoice processing included in the tier you are being quoted, and is there a monthly invoice cap?
  • Are food and beverage on one plan or two, and what does the combined package cost per location?
  • Is the price per month or per year, and is monthly billing available at all?
  • What is the POS activation fee if your system is not a preferred partner?
  • What happens to the annual balance if you cancel, sell or close a location?
  • Will someone on your team really count inventory every week? If not, you mostly need invoice data.

The same per-location math applies to other suites. Compare the quote with Craftable pricing and the WISK alternative breakdown before you decide.
